We have been successfully trading now for more than 20 years. Throughout this time our business has grown steadily and even our client base continues to grow, however, we continue to control our expansion to ensure that our quality standards are maintained. We still supply customers that have been with Chapman's of Sevenoaks since the business started, testament to our principles of best available product, quality, service and honest pricing.

Chapman's strength is in our sales team who have unmatched knowledge of all aspects of the fish industry and contacts with suppliers throughout the UK.

We are in touch with the UK fish markets from 5am daily to help advise you about changes in supply and price This approach helps our customers to get the species they want, stay current with menu's, and maximize margins.

When the fish reaches us it is prepared to your specifications by experts. We have gathered together a highly skilled team of fish technicians to fillet, pin bone, skin, scale, pocket, clean and trim any product to your personal requirements with portion control a specialty.

Chapman's are fully compliant with all food health & safety regulations and HACCP and have Grade A accreditation with The European Safety Bureau, a copy of which is available on request.
